1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/3 cup water or veg stock
1/3 cup bragg amino acid or soya sauce
1/3 cup apple cidar vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic (or more if you prefer)
1/8 tsp hing (Asafoetida) (optional)
dried or fresh parsley to taste (optional)
1 cup sunflower oil
blend in blender until smooth store in fridge
